For individual rental suites please check out Wattles Inn the Middle. It's 10 miles away in the Town of Middleburgh and all of the proceeds still go to the animals at Broome Animal Sanctuary. We hope to reopen Wattles Inn soon.
Whether your want to play games, read or watch a movie our parlor room is the perfect room for entertainment. The floors of the parlor room are the only original floors (circa 1899) salvaged after the devastation of Tropical Storm Irene in 2011.
Our dining room seats up to 12 guest very comfortably.

Our Property
Surrounded by mountains and farms, Wattles Inn is part of a farm and animal sanctuary. Hike up our mountain or request a tour of the sanctuary. Get a selfie with the sanctuary namesake, Wattles our goodwill ambassador. Sleep over and enjoy the beautiful Catskills and nearby attractions. 100% of proceeds benefit our Broome Animal Sanctuary.
